Role of Concrete Mixer Truck

Concrete mixer truck (hereinafter referred to as mixer truck) is composed of  chassis and top part. The top part is composed of mixing cylinder, subframe, material inlet and outlet device, control system, hydraulic system, electrical system, water supply system and guardrail.

Working principle:

Concrete is continuously mixed by the blades in mixer, to avoid the solidification in a certain period, so that the concrete in mixer truck can also meet the use requirements after arriving at the site.

Features:

Mixing drum is the key component of the whole mixer truck, it stores concrete. The mixing drum plays an important role in preventing solidification and segregation of concrete. It is composed of a mixing drum and a supporting wheel. The drum is welded by the front cone section, the back cone section, the drum section, the head, the blade, the feeding cone, the raceway and so on.  The front end is connected with the reducer, and the rear is supported on the subframe by supporting wheels. The supporting wheel plays the role of supporting the roller body and is composed of a bearing, a bearing seat, a shaft and a bearing. The mixing drum is made of high strength steel plate and the blade is made of high strength fine grain alloy steel (its wear resistance is 1.6 times of Q345), which has higher wear resistance. The head is formed by one spin, and has sufficient stiffness and strength after welding with the reinforcing plate.
